In an effort to make it more convenient to view your Ventis assignments, we have created a new Google Calendar for each depart-
ment anesthesiologist and resident. This new Google Calendar will get updates from the live Ventis file every hour of each workday.

There are several ways for you to interact with your new calendar.

Do Nothing

You can continue to log into Ventis web portal and look at your current and future assignments.

View Your Google Calendar Directly on Your Mobile Device

Since Google allows a maximum of 50 user accounts in each domain we have divided everyone into three groups, each belonging
to one of three domains:

Reid McMurchy will provide everyone with their unique username and password. The password is the same password you use for
Ventis.

To view this Google Calendar from your mobile device, open this email on your smart phone and click one of the three links below:

This link will take you to a Google login page. Please sign in. It is helpful if you agree to stay logged in and have your browser re-member the username and password. You can then make a link to this site on your mobile device home screen for easy access in
the future.

Google Sync to Your Mobile Device Calendar

You can use Google Sync to view information from the Google Calendar on your mobile device without syncing to your computer.

Sync Google Calendar With Your Microsoft Outlook Calendar

You may decide to sync your new Google Calendar with your existing Microsoft Outlook account. Click on this link for detailed instructions.

When choosing this option, you should remember to select the following sync pattern:
1-way: Google Calendar to Microsoft Outlook calendar - All events in your primary Google Calendar are added to your default Microsoft Outlook calendar. During subsequent sync cycles, any updates made to events in Google Calendar will be reflected in Microsoft Outlook Calendar as well. Keep in mind that any events created or modified in Microsoft Outlook Calendar won't be reflected in Google Calendar.
